1. About these Terms: These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and Olove Ltd, 695 High Road, London N12 0BT, England, email: oloveuzb@gmail.com (“Olove”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and govern your use of the Olove app, website, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Services may be operated locally in certain jurisdictions by affiliated entities. In Uzbekistan, the Services are operated by Olove Application LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Where applicable, payments, customer support, and certain operational functions may be provided by this local entity.
2. Who may use Olove: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use the Services if you have previously been banned by us or if doing so would break applicable law.
3. Your account: You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may ask you to verify your identity, age, or profile information.
4. Verification and safety: We may use photo, selfie, phone, email, document, or similar checks to verify accounts. If we cannot verify your age, identity, or authenticity, we may restrict or remove your account. We do not guarantee that every user is genuine, and users should exercise caution when communicating or meeting offline.
5. Acceptable use
You must use Olove lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

impersonate another person or create a fake account;

harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, blackmail, or abuse any person;

post illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or misleading content;

publish another person’s private information without permission;

use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or other unauthorised automated methods;

interfere with the operation or security of the Services;

create duplicate accounts to avoid blocks, bans, or platform limits.
6. User content: You remain responsible for content you upload, send, or share through the Services. You confirm that you have the right to use that content. We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
7. Paid features: Olove may offer paid subscriptions, coins, boosts, profile features, or other digital services. Prices, billing terms, and feature details will be shown before purchase. We may change prices or features at any time to the extent permitted by law.
8. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds: Where a subscription renews automatically, this will be disclosed before purchase. You can manage or cancel renewals through the relevant app store, payment provider, or account settings, depending on how you purchased. Refunds, if any, are handled according to applicable law and the rules of the relevant payment channel.
9. Suspension and termination: We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for other users, acted unlawfully, or exposed us to legal or security risk. If your account is removed for your breach, unused paid features may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Availability of the Services: We may change, update, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all devices, or error-free operation.
11. Third-party services: The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices.
12. Intellectual property: All rights in the Services, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, and content created by us, belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Services except as allowed by law.

14. Disclaimers: Olove is a platform for adults to connect. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, compatibility, user conduct, or the truth of user content. Use of the Services and any offline meetings is at your own risk.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Olove Privacy Policy

Child Safety Standards

1. Zero tolerance: Olove has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or any sexualised content involving minors.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users must not:

upload, share, request, advertise, store, or distribute CSAM or CSAE content;

attempt to contact, groom, exploit, or harm minors;

misrepresent age or encourage minors to use the Services;

use coded language, links, encrypted methods, or other means to hide prohibited conduct.
3. Detection and moderation: We may use automated tools, manual review, reports, and verification checks to detect and investigate harmful activity. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users without notice where reasonably necessary for child safety.
4. Reporting: Users can report suspected violations through in-app reporting tools or by email at oloveuzb@gmail.com. Reports should include as much detail as possible.
5. Cooperation with authorities: Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant information and report suspected illegal conduct to law enforcement, regulators, hotlines, or child-protection bodies in accordance with applicable law.
